1. Purpose of Deposit
The deposit is paid to secure the booking, price, and installation schedule for the selected water filtration system with Aussie Home Water Filtration (“the Company”).
2. Cooling-Off Period
Customers are entitled to a cooling-off period of 2 working days from the date the deposit is paid.
3. Cancellation During Cooling-Off Period
Customers may cancel their booking within the cooling-off period by providing written notice (email, SMS, or signed letter).
4. Cancellation After Cooling-Off Period
If cancellation occurs after 48 hours (2 working days) of the cooling-off period, the deposit becomes fully non-refundable. No refund will be issued after 2 days or 48 hours under any circumstances.
5. Refund Policy
If the customer cancels within 48 hours of the cooling-off period, the refund amount will be 20% of the deposit paid.
6. Goods Once Sold – No Return Policy
All goods and filtration systems sold by the Company are final sale. Goods once sold will not be taken back, except where required by Australian Consumer Law.
7. Warranty Conditions
The warranty applies only when filters, parts, or replacement cartridges are purchased and replaced directly from Aussie Home Water Filtration. The warranty will be void if filters are replaced or serviced by any third-party supplier, technician, or company.
8. Transfer of Booking
Customers may request a booking date change. Approval depends on availability.
9. Pricing & Quotations
All quotations are valid at the time of issue. Changes to product availability or installation conditions may affect final pricing.
10. Installation Requirements
The customer must ensure access on the agreed installation date. Any failure or delay caused by the customer may incur rescheduling or additional fees.
11. Warranty and Product Documentation
All products include standard manufacturer warranties and service guidelines. Customers must retain proof of purchase for warranty claims.
12. Terms Subject to Change
All terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice and remain under the jurisdiction and discretion of Aussie Home Water Filtration (AHWF).
13. Acceptance of Terms
Payment of the deposit confirms that the customer has read, understood, and agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
